@davextreme I don't know of anything off the shelf that woudl do what you want out of the box, but it's possible someone could put something together using different components and something like Home Assistant (open source home automation system, very customizable). The one that I'm really not sure would be possible would be the color temp one, becuase so many smart bulbs dont' know what to do if they lose power, and the control of lights being on and off should pretty much always reside in the switch not the bulbs, but color temp pretty much has to be handled by the bulbs.

Though it's possible you could set up something up that would have bulbs check in with the hub as they turn on to figure out what color temp they should be when they turn on. But it would have to happen very fast.
